Business listings and accounts

If you claim or create a listing, you're responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. We may remove or edit listings that are inaccurate, fraudulent, abusive, or that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use YellPK to submit false, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content; to scrape or harvest data from the site without permission; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or other users' accounts; or to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The YellPK name, logo, and site design are the property of YellPK. Business names, logos, and content submitted by listing owners remain the property of their respective owners.

YellPK is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YellPK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
